Bill earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.  He also attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification from the College for Financial Planning.  Bill began his financial services career in 1983, serving as director of corporate finance for a subsidiary of the Rockefeller Group in New York and as vice president of Eastdil, a U.S. investment banking subsidiary of Tokyo-based Nomura Securities, in San Francisco.  He became a financial advisor in 1992 and joined Stifel in 2009.  He has qualified to be a member of Stifel's Chairman's Council for the past several years, including most recently in 2020.*  Bill has served as a board chair of Sandhills Children's Center, Pinetree Community Services, Moore County Boy Scouts, and the Professional Advisory Council of the Foundation of FirstHealth.  He has also served on the session and endowment committee of Brownson Church, and the boards of Moore Regional Hospital, as chairman of the finance committee, Penick Village Foundation, Moore County Literacy Council, Sandhills Theatre Arts Renaissance School, the Arc of Moore County, and Episcopal Day School.

Rick is a graduate of North Carolina State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in engineering operations. Prior to becoming a financial advisor in 1992, he served as an engineering supervisor at Packard Electric, a division of General Motors, in Warren, Ohio. Rick has served as Board President for the Sandhills/Moore Coalition for Human Care, and on the Boards of FirstHealth Hospice Foundation and Young Life of the Sandhills. In addition, he has served on the Stewardship Committee at Emmanuel Episcopal Church and the Investment Oversight Committee for the North Carolina Episcopal Church Foundation.  He is currently on the Episcopal Day School board, acting as Treasurer.  An active supporter of organ donations, he has served the North Carolina Kidney Foundation.

Chuck earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in economics from East Carolina University, where he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society. He became a financial advisor in 1999; prior to that time, he had spent 22 years in the banking industry, most recently serving as vice president and branch manager for Scotland Savings in Pinehurst.  A member of the Southern Pines Rotary Club, Chuck has served on the Boards of the Arts Council of Moore County, the Pinehurst Business Guild and the Southern Pines Rotary Charitable Foundation. He has also served on the Session of Brownson Memorial Presbyterian Church as Treasurer for several years, and he spent numerous years coaching local youth in both soccer and baseball.

Bailey earned a bachelor's degree in business management from North Carolina State University and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional certification.  Bailey's financial services career began in 2000.  After two years with Evergreen Investments in Charlotte, Bailey became a financial advisor in 2002 and spent 15 years with Wells Fargo Advisors in Pinehurst.  Bailey has participated in many civic and community organizations and currently serves on the boards of the Boys and Girls Club of the Sandhills, Young Life in the Sandhills, and serves on the Patriot Foundation and the Investment Committee for the Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina.

Windy Pratt

Windy graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor's degree in journalism. Windy worked as an advertising account executive on Hilton Head Island and later as editor of Pinehurst Magazine.  She also worked with an investment firm for a number of years and was most recently employed by Moore County Schools. Windy has served as President of the Junior Service League of Moore County and the PTA and also served on the Board of the Moore County Symphony. She has also served Cub Scouts, Young Life, and Emmanuel Episcopal Church.

Wendy Schmidt

Wendy received her bachelor's degree in business from Hanover College in Indiana.  She has been a registered client assistant in the financial services industry since 1992, being employed with Charles Schwab and Merrill Lynch in Indianapolis.  Her most recent position was as executive assistant to the President and CEO of David A. Noyes & Company, a 108-year-old investment firm.  Wendy relocated from Indianapolis to Pinehurst in 2016, where she joins her parents and sister. She served as deacon at Second Presbyterian Church and other leadership positions in the Indianapolis Great Banquet community. Wendy has a strong background in raising and showing horses, is a sports enthusiast, and general animal lover.
